Talk to a person
Volume pricing, migration help, or a technical question, send it over and we’ll get back to you.
Other ways to reach us
Before you write
How long until someone replies?
Support mail is answered within one business day, usually sooner. Abuse reports are read the same day, because a compromised account sending through our IPs affects every other customer on them. Sales enquiries about volume pricing go to a person, not a form queue.
Reporting a delivery problem
Include the message ID, the recipient domain, and the exact response the receiving server returned — the full line, not a summary of it. Those three things usually identify the cause on the first read. Without them the first reply is a request for them, which costs you a day. Message IDs and remote responses are both on the message's page in the dashboard.
Reporting abuse
Send the full message including headers to abuse@itsbingmybusiness.com. Headers are what identify the sending account; a forwarded body without them rarely can. Reports are acted on rather than acknowledged and filed, and you will get a reply saying what happened.
Migrating from another provider
Worth writing to us first if you are moving an established sending domain. Reputation does not transfer with the domain, so a cutover that moves all volume at once usually performs worse for a fortnight than a staged one. The IP warmup guide covers the schedule, and the SPF and DMARC checkers will tell you what needs changing before you start.
